🪥 How to use

✔️ Amount:
• 0–2 years: an amount the size of a grain of rice.
• 2–6 years: an amount the size of a pea.
✔️ Frequency: brush twice a day using a soft children’s toothbrush.
✔️ Adult supervision: always ensure that the child swallows at least a small amount of the toothpaste.
✔️ After the age of 6, it is recommended to switch to elmex Junior, which has a higher fluoride content.
