🧪 Ingredients and active ingredients

The toothpaste contains amine fluoride (e.g. Olaflur), which forms a protective layer on the teeth and strengthens the enamel, and sodium fluoride, which helps protect against tooth decay. Other ingredients help to gently clean the teeth and give the toothpaste its consistency and pleasant taste.

🪥 How to use

1. Apply a small amount of toothpaste (about the size of a pea) to a soft-bristled toothbrush.

2. Brush your teeth twice a day (morning and evening) for at least 2 minutes.

3. Spit out any remaining toothpaste after brushing; try not to swallow it if possible.

4. For children, use a smaller amount of toothpaste and ensure they are supervised by an adult.
