Place 1 tea ball into ~0.5–0.6 l of hot water (approx. 80–90 °C).

Leave to infuse for 3–6 minutes – the ball will unfurl like a flower during infusion, and the brew will develop its colour and aroma.

After the first infusion, the tea can be re-infused ~2 times – this will release further layers of flavour and aroma.
