The Vinium Velké Pavlovice Winery is one of the largest wineries in the Czech Republic, situated in the heart of the Velké Pavlovice wine sub-region. In autumn 2020, the winery successfully retained the highest quality certification, IFS Food 6.1. The audit places emphasis on food safety, quality and processing. VINIUM has now been awarded this certification eight times, each time achieving a very high standard. Vinium Velké Pavlovice Classique Moscatel is a quality semi-dry white wine; its aroma offers a nutty bouquet, whilst its flavour features citrus fruits with a subtle floral finish.
We recommend serving it with desserts, delicate pâtés or vegetable salads.
