🌿 How to prepare

Place 1 teabag (1.5 g) into a mug or teapot.
Pour 200–250 ml of hot water (approx. 95 °C) over it.

Remove the tea bag and serve warm.
You can sweeten with honey or add a squeeze of lemon to taste.
