🌾 What is it?

Hulled sesame seeds are sesame seeds that have had their hard husks removed. They are small seeds with a milder flavour than unhulled sesame seeds. They are used in cooking as a garnish to add flavour and texture – in baked goods, salads, yoghurts, tapioca, cereals, and also in the preparation of tahini or as a topping for dishes.

Sesame is a natural food rich in healthy fats, protein and minerals, and can form part of a vegetarian or vegan diet.
