Kohlrabi – a crunchy cruciferous vegetable that needs no introduction. It tends to have few leaves and is highly resistant to becoming woody. It has a pleasant, mild flavour and is extremely versatile. Thanks to its mild flavour, it pairs well with many herbs and spices. Kohlrabi can be used as a topping for bread, in a yoghurt salad or, traditionally, in kohlrabi cabbage. It can also be grated into pasta dishes, baked, made into patties and used in other delicious dishes.
