🍲 Uses in the kitchen
Oh! Ricey rice noodles can be used, for example, as follows:
✔️ In soups: add them to Asian broths (e.g. pho, bun).
✔️ In stir-fries (wok): boil briefly and then stir-fry with vegetables or meat.
✔️ Cold salads: once cooked, leave to cool and mix with herbs and dressing.
✔️ Spring rolls: as a filling together with prawns, vegetables and rice paper.
💡 Tip: Soak the noodles in hot water for a few minutes before cooking, then boil them briefly before adding them to your dish — this will make them beautifully soft and light.
