🍝 Cooking
tips
✔️ In soups: wider noodles are great in broths or thicker soups.
✔️ With sauces: they hold sauce well (tomato, meat or cheese).
✔️ As a side dish: with meat, vegetables or in baked dishes.
🍲 Cooking
instructions
Place the noodles in salted boiling water (approx. 1 l of water per 100 g of pasta) and cook for 6–8 minutes, depending on how soft you want them. Stir occasionally to prevent them from sticking, then drain and serve.
💡 Tip: For a richer flavour, add a little oil to the boiling water – this prevents the pasta from sticking and makes it nice and fluffy.
