🍝 Cooking
tips
✔️ As a side dish: with meat, sauces or vegetables.
✔️ In soups: add them to stock or vegetable soup – a quick and filling option.
✔️ In bakes: great, for example, with meat, cheese and vegetables in a single oven dish.
🍲 Preparation
instructions
Place the pasta in salted boiling water (approx. 1 l of water per 100 g of pasta), cook briefly for 6–8 minutes, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking. Then drain and serve with your favourite sauce or side dish.
💡 Tip: For best results, cook the pasta ‘al dente’ – leave it slightly firm in the centre – and then quickly rinse it under a little cold water if you’re not serving it straight away.
