🍝 Ways to use it in the kitchen
✔️ With tomato sauce: classic spaghetti pomodoro or Bolognese.
✔️ With cheese: sprinkled with Parmesan or another cheese.
✔️ With meat: for example, chicken pieces with herbs, tuna or sausage.
✔️ Baked: layered with vegetables and cheese.
✔️ Light variations: with olives, garlic and olive oil.
✔️ Soups: can be added shortly before the soup is ready to give it a pasta-like texture.
💡 Tip: Don’t rinse the pasta with cold water after cooking, so that the sauce clings better to the surface.
