Kimchi LOVE Homemade Kimchi is a traditional Korean fermented cabbage and vegetable salad, prepared according to a classic recipe with a characteristic spicy and tangy flavour. Kimchi is known as a healthy and tasty side dish or accompaniment to rice, noodles, or meat and vegetarian dishes. The product is fresh, free from preservatives and, thanks to the fermentation process, naturally contains probiotic bacteria.
